- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details for tracking.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated based on order total, destination, and chosen shipping method and will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount; please check your cart or contact us for details.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use the link in the email or visit our website to check your order status and estimated arrival date.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- We take great care to package your order to minimize the risk of damage, but crystals are delicate items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, including photos of the damage and your order information, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
